Team adobe is now having ‘Tour’ of the popular RIA technology, Flex, & the popular server technology, LiveCycle.
Tour de Flex, includes over 250+ running samples, each with source code, links to documentation, and other details. Topics include the Flex core components, Flex data access, AIR desktop capabilities, cloud APIs, data visualization, mapping, and a growing collection of custom components, effects, and skins.

Going ahead, Team Adobe has come up with the online version of the Tour de Flex. Now the problem of downloading & installing etc solved. There is not much of a difference between desktop version and online version. The difference that you may catch is with the number of samples listed.

And as user expected, the Adobe LiveCycle has now having an AIR version, aptly named Tour de LiveCycle.
